Here is our process to deliver you great Wi-Fi:

  • We walk your property and create a map of where your Wi-Fi is strong and where it is weak.
  • Based on the map and discussions with you, we will provide a few practical options. You decide on the option. We use that as our plan.
  • WiFi Charlie tests the agreed upon solution with temporary Wi-Fi access points. This helps you see if the proposed solution will work before we implement it. We make any needed adjustments and test again.
  • The approved solution is installed by our professionals. We guarantee all of our work.
